Who sends these messages
Text messages in the programs below are sent by Pascat Graphics & Marketing, doing business as Hi Rickey ("Hi Rickey," "we"). Messages start with "Hi Rickey:" so you always know who they're from.
Program 1: Demo verification codes
What it is: when you ask Rickey to call you from the "Have Rickey call you" form on hiricky.com, we text a one-time code to confirm the number is yours.
How you opt in: by entering your mobile number and pressing "Text me a code." Frequency: one message per request.
Example: "Hi Rickey: Your verification code is 482913. It expires in 10 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out."
Program 2: Pilot program updates
What it is: texts about your Hi Rickey pilot sign-up: a confirmation, setup updates, scheduling, and reminders.
How you opt in: by checking the optional, unchecked box "Text me about my Hi Rickey pilot" on the pilot sign-up form at hiricky.com. You can join the pilot without checking it. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency: varies, typically a few messages during setup.
Examples: "Hi Rickey: You're signed up for texts about your Hi Rickey pilot. Our team will reach out soon to get you set up. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out." and "Hi Rickey: Your Rickey setup is ready for review. Reply YES to approve or call us with changes. Reply STOP to opt out."
Messages Rickey sends for businesses
When Rickey answers or makes calls for a business that uses Hi Rickey, he may text that business's customers, for example an appointment confirmation or a proposal. Those messages are sent in the business's name, only after the customer asks for or agrees to a text, and each business's program is registered separately. The same STOP and HELP rules apply.

How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that program. You'll get one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed. UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT also work. To rejoin, reply START. You can also ask us to stop by email or by telling Rickey on a call, and we'll honor it.
