Canceling your plan
You can cancel any Hi Rickey plan at any time [confirm method: from your dashboard / by emailing us]. There's no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and Rickey keeps working until then.
Monthly fees
Plans are billed monthly in advance. [Confirm: Monthly fees already paid are not refunded for partial months.]
Setup fee
The one-time setup fee covers configuring Rickey for your business. [Confirm: The setup fee is fully refundable if you cancel before setup work begins, and non-refundable after.]
If something goes wrong on our end
If the Service is unavailable for an extended period because of a problem on our side, contact us. We'll review it and may issue a credit or refund at our discretion.
Your data after you cancel
After cancellation you can download your leads, call logs, recordings, and transcripts for [period, e.g. 30 days]. After that we delete them from active systems, except where we must keep records by law (for example, consent and do-not-call records).
