Who this applies to

This policy explains how Pascat Graphics & Marketing ("we," "us") handles personal information in connection with Hi Rickey ("Rickey"), including this website, demo calls, and calls and texts Rickey handles for our business customers. When Rickey talks to people on behalf of one of our customers, that customer decides why and how the information is used, and we process it on their behalf under our agreement with them.

What we collect

  • Information you give us: name, phone number, email, business name and type, and anything you tell us in a form, email, or call.
  • Call and message content: audio recordings, transcripts, summaries, and text messages from calls and texts Rickey handles, including what callers say about their needs, appointments, and preferences.
  • Call details: phone numbers, call times and lengths, call outcomes, and delivery status of texts.
  • Browser voice demo: when you talk to Rickey in your browser, your voice is streamed to our AI provider so he can reply. We don't record or store browser voice conversations.
  • Website chat: messages you send Rickey in the chat on this site, and any contact details you share there.
  • Verification records: the phone number you verified, the time you verified it, and the demo you requested.
  • Account and billing information for business customers. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we don't store full card numbers.
  • Voice samples a customer uploads to create a custom voice.
  • Website data: basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected through server logs. See our Cookie Policy.

How we use it

  • to answer and place calls, send texts, book appointments, and remember past conversations so repeat callers get better service;
  • to verify phone numbers and prevent abuse of the demo line;
  • to give our business customers their leads, recordings, and transcripts;
  • to follow up with you if you asked us to (for example, after a demo call);
  • to support, secure, bill for, and improve the Service; and
  • to meet legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that help us run Rickey, under contracts that limit how they can use it, including our phone and text carrier, speech and language AI providers, voice generation providers (when a custom voice is used), cloud hosting, and payment processing;
  • The business customer on whose behalf Rickey handled the call or text;
  • Software you connect, such as a CRM, when you tell us to; and
  • Authorities or others when the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.

The current list is on our Subprocessors page. [Confirm with each AI provider that API data is not used to train their models, and state that here.]

Text message privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services. See our SMS Terms & Privacy.

How long we keep it

We keep call recordings, transcripts, and lead information for as long as the business customer's account is active, or [retention period, e.g. 12 months] for demo calls, unless a longer period is required by law. Verification records are kept as proof of consent for [period, e.g. 5 years]. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls, and keeping carrier credentials on our servers rather than in browsers. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop calling or texting you, by emailing [legal contact email]. Saying "stop calling" to Rickey, or replying STOP to a text, also works. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to appeal a decision we make on your request. We won't discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If Rickey called you for one of our business customers, we may forward your request to that business.

Children

Rickey is for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes

We'll post any changes here and update the date at the top. If changes are material, we'll give notice on this site or by email.
