Rickey is an AI voice assistant, not a human. His voice is generated by a computer, and his responses are produced by AI language models. Rickey may answer or place calls on behalf of Pascat or on behalf of a business that uses the Hi Rickey service, and may speak under that business's name.
Rickey is designed to tell you he is an AI assistant if you ask. If you want to speak with a person, say so, and Rickey will take a message or arrange a callback.

Calls are recorded and transcribed
Calls with Rickey are recorded and transcribed. Recordings and transcripts are used to complete your request, to let the business you called review the conversation, to remember past conversations, and to support and improve the service. If you don't want to be recorded, please end the call and contact the business another way.
AI can make mistakes
Rickey can mishear, misunderstand, or state something incorrectly. Prices, appointment times, and other details Rickey gives should be confirmed with the business when they matter. Rickey does not give emergency, medical, legal, or financial advice. In an emergency, hang up and call 911.
Custom voices
Some businesses use a custom AI voice. A business may only use a custom voice that belongs to it or that it has written permission to use.
Stopping calls
Tell Rickey "stop calling" or "put me on your do-not-call list" at any time. He will end the call and your number will be added to the suppression list for that business.
