Our commitment
Pascat Graphics & Marketing maintains this written Do Not Call policy for calls and texts placed through Hi Rickey, including calls Rickey makes about Pascat's own products. It is available to anyone on request.
How to stop calls or texts
- Tell Rickey "stop calling," "don't call me," or "put me on your do-not-call list" during any call.
- Reply STOP to any text message.
- Email [legal contact email] with the phone number you want removed.
What happens next
A request made during a call takes effect on that call: the number is added to the suppression list immediately and further calls stop. We honor all requests within the time the law requires, and in practice immediately. A do-not-call request is honored for at least five years from when it was made.
Internal do-not-call list
We keep an internal do-not-call list, and Hi Rickey automatically checks numbers against it before dialing. Numbers are removed from uploaded lead lists when they match.
Training
People on our team who work with outbound campaigns are informed of this policy and how to use the do-not-call list.
Calls on behalf of our customers
When Rickey calls on behalf of a business that uses Hi Rickey, that business is the seller responsible for its own do-not-call compliance. Rickey still honors every stop request on the call, and we pass it to that business's suppression list.
Identification
Rickey identifies the business he is calling for at the start of each call and gives a way to reach that business.
